A new online weekly Bible series co-hosted by The Revd Lucy Winkett and The Revd Dr Ayla Lepine will explore stories of pilgrimage throughout Scripture.

It costs £5,000 each day to keep the doors of St James’s open to all who already need us.
A reimagined St James’s realised. A redesigned garden, courtyard and new building capacity—all fully accessible— will provide beautiful spaces for all as well as improving our environmental performance.

Artist bio
Joseph Hancock
Joseph, a postgraduate student at the Royal Academy of Music, studies with Mark Wildman and Janet Haney and recently won the Flora Nielsen Prize. Joseph was a Chorister at New College Oxford, and sang as Choral Scholar and Lay Clerk in the Choir of St John’s College, Cambridge. Recently he has been a member of the Sir Arthur Bliss Lieder Scheme at Pembroke College and works as a member of the Voces8 Education Team. Recent performances include Britten’s Male Chorus in ‘The Rape of Lucretia’, the Evangelist in Bach’s ‘St John Passion’ and ‘Christmas Oratorio’, and Handel’s ‘Messiah’. He maintains his choral work, including as a member of the professional quartet at Holy Trinity Church, Sloane Square.
Finlay Bloore
Finlay Bloore is a Baritone originally from Suffolk, currently studying as an undergraduate scholar at The Royal Academy of Music, London; where he works with Mark Wildman and Anna Tilbrook. Finlay is fast becoming an emerging soloist across a large range of repertoire – and has a great passion for Opera, Oratorio and Song. Notable solo performances in the UK and Europe include an English Song recital with Iain Burnside, Handel’s Messiah, Haydn’s Nelson Mass, Mozart’s Requiem in D minor, Brahms’ ‘Ein Deutsches Requiem’ and Bach’s Cantata 140 (Wachet Auf); Christus in Bach’s ‘John Passion, and Robert Schumann’s ‘Dichterliebe’.
Amy Bach
Amy Bach is a dynamic collaborative pianist, captivating audiences with expressive artistry and bold interpretations. Her repertoire spans from Boulanger and Prokofiev to Copland and Amy Beach. As a sought-after collaborator, she’s performed alongside a wide range of instrumentalists and vocalists bringing depth and vibrancy to every performance. Her music has resonated across England and Europe and throughout the United States. She is currently a postgraduate student in ensemble piano at the Royal Academy of Music where she studies with Anna Tilbrook and Andrew West.
