It costs £5,000 each day to keep the doors of St James’s open to all who already need us.
A reimagined St James’s realised. A redesigned garden, courtyard and new building capacity—all fully accessible— will provide beautiful spaces for all as well as improving our environmental performance.

The Wren Project is a £24 million, once-in-a-generation project, to restore and renew St James’s Church Piccadilly, ensuring this historic building continues to serve London as a place of worship, music, culture and community for future generations.
St James’s Piccadilly has stood at the heart of London since 1684. Designed by Sir Christopher Wren, it remains a place where faith, music, activism and community come together.
Today the building requires major restoration to protect its future.
The Wren Project will:
