At present, an area of the south-facing Jermyn Street curtilage is available for hire as a sales-only outdoor retail space. The area is adjacent to the new South Door at St James’s, installed as part of the Wren Project renovations, creating a now well-used entrance to the church en route for many shoppers, tourists and residents of the St James’s neighbourhood. Access is from fashionable Jermyn Street offering a steady flow of well-heeled footfall into, from and around St James’s Church.
It is paved in stone, including historic memorial ledger stones, and is framed by elegant iron railings, with the southern facade of the church as its backdrop. If you are a florist, retailer of luxury food items, or supplier of high-end gifts we would love to hear from you.
We are open to an agreement with a long-term hirer and equally open to discussing the design of a stall that suits your retail needs. However, if you are thinking of a short-term stay, in the busy run-up to Christmas, we would also be delighted to hear from you. Please contact us for more information or to arrange a site visit.
