    Artist Bio

    Founded and directed by Dr. Bradley T. Barrett, the Barrett Vocal Arts Institute offers personalized vocal instruction and coaching in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. With over 60 private students, Dr. Barrett brings extensive experience as a choral conductor, educator, and clinician—having taught for years in public schools and at the University of Northern Iowa, and leading Chorale Midwest and its chamber singers for over two decades. The Institute emphasizes technique, artistry, and individual development in both classical and contemporary vocal performance. Members of The Institute join together to create a choir known for its high artistic standards.
