Diocesan Churches Mark Living Wage Week 2025

In this special film to mark Living Wage Week 2025, accredited churches from across the Diocese of London came together to express what paying the real Living Wage means to them and why it matters to their communities.

We hear from churches all across London, as well as our diocesan cathedral, St Pauls and from the Bishop of London herself as to why the Real Living Wage matters, and why churches should and can be involved in building a movement for fair wages across the city.

‘I was really glad to take part in this film because St James’s is a strong supporter of the Living Wage campaign. As a founder member of West London Citizens we commit to building a society where the dignity of work is celebrated with a wage that means people don’t just survive but are able to live well.’
