Rieko Makita is an award-winning Japanese-Australian pianist based in London. Rieko has performed in prestigious venues across Australia, Japan, UK and Europe, including the Sydney Opera House Concert Hall. Recently, she made her solo debut at the Royal Albert Hall (February 2024) to a sold-out audience and performed for the Japanese Ambassador of UK (May 2024).
