St James’s aspires to be a place where all can belong, and where every person’s gifts and identities are welcome and celebrated. We are working to improve the experience at St James’s in the church building and the online community. We have step-free access from the courtyard to the church, and a toilet for disabled people. The courtyard and Redemption Roasters coffee shop are wheelchair accessible. If you have special access requirements (e.g. wheelchair users) please contact concerts@sjp.org.uk

  • After winning the prestigous Norwegian Nils Larsen debut grant, it is with great pleasure that we present this late summer evening concert with pianist Thormod Rønning Kvam in the beautiful St James’s Piccadilly.

Considered one of the most innovative and exciting Scandinavian musicians of his generation, Thormod will be taking us on a musical journey inspired by nature: From Robert Schumann’s evocative Waldszenen, through Leoš Janáček’s atmospheric On an Overgrown Path to his native Edvard Grieg’s monumental Ballade, this will be an interesting and varied concert programme for both new and experienced listeners.

For full programme details and to read a personal message from Thormod, visit his website now.

    A warm welcome to all!
