We host a year-round cultural programme encompassing music, visual art and spoken word, drawing on St James’s rich cultural history including artists, writers and musicians Mary Beale, Mary Delany, William Blake, Ottobah Cugoano and Leopold Stokowski.
We try to put our faith into action by educating ourselves and speaking out on issues of injustice, especially concerning refugees, asylum, earth and racial justice, and LGBTQ+ issues.

Everyone is welcome to join our weekly Sunday Eucharist where we come together as a community in-person and online to celebrate God in word, sacrament, prayer and music.

We are at 197 Piccadilly London W1J 9LL between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street, about 200 yards from Piccadilly Circus.

The Eucharist is also known as Holy Communion, The Lord’s Supper, The Mass. The Eucharist (from the Greek meaning thanksgiving) is the central element of Christian worship for the vast majority of Christians.
Disabled access and hearing: The main building is accessible for people with disabilities. And there are hearing loops in the church and meeting rooms. A large print service sheet is available at the principal services
