St James’s aspires to be a place where all can belong, and where every person’s gifts and identities are welcome and celebrated. We are working to improve the experience at St James’s in the church building and the online community. We have step-free access from the courtyard to the church, and a toilet for disabled people. The courtyard and Redemption Roasters coffee shop are wheelchair accessible.
Set in the glow of candlelight, this magical evening brings the spirit of Christmas to life in the heart of Piccadilly. With the brilliance of brass and the beauty of choral voices, the programme includes much-loved favourites such as O Come All Ye Faithful, Sussex Carol, In the Bleak Midwinter, Silent Night, Sleigh Ride, and O Holy Night. From joyful anthems to moments of quiet reflection, it is a celebration to lift the heart. Sing along with our joyful Music Scholars and a first-class brass quintet as we share in the wonder of the season together.
Let’s make Christmas Special for All
At Christmas time, we often use words like ‘home’ and ‘family’. Many will gather to celebrate and be together. But for many people today, such connection and security feels out of reach, and comfort feels far away.
Please support the work of St James’s, and help us help others who won’t expect to experience love and joy in this festive season. Your donation, whatever you can afford, will help to bring hope into the lives of others this Christmas.
