    Programme

Christelis is a guitarist, composer, and bandleader on the UK improvised music scene whose name has become synonymous with his unique and impressionistic sound, fusing his deep knowledge of jazz and folk traditions with electronic, experimental, and ambient musics. Oughton is a drummer, composer and bandleader, currently leading Tomorrow’s New Quartet, OK Aurora, and Sargento Pimienta. His compositions have been heard on Jazz FM and BBC Radio 3, and as of August 2025 have been streamed over 1.1 million times across all platforms. Together they will play a largely improvised set, drawing inspiration from artists such as Bill Frisell and Paul Motian.
