In anticipation of success in our Wren Fund Raising Campaign, St James’s Piccadilly is inviting organisations to tender for the role of Technical Project Manager for the Wren Project.

3. Details of the project: (The building work to be carried out, approximate cost of building work if known and approximate time scale if known). The Parochial Church Council of the Ecclesiastical Parish of St James, Westminster wishes to procure a technical project manager from the end of RIBA Stage 3 through to the completion of a major programme of capital works to its estate known as the Wren Project (the Project). Subject to funding the multi-million pound project will be delivered over the next 3 years with work due to start on site in early 2027.
