This concert, given by the Musicians for Peace and Disarmament  Chamber Orchestra, features two distinguished MPD Patrons – conductor Jane Glover DBE and flute soloist Wissam Boustany.

    We are at 197 Piccadilly London W1J 9LL between Piccadilly and Jermyn Street, about 200 yards from Piccadilly Circus.

    • The programme juxtaposes two major classical works with another more modern one written in tribute to the older style.

    Haydn – Symphony No. 103 in E flat The Drumroll

    The event is promoted jointly by MPD and three organisations with which the leading peace campaigner Bruce Kent was particularly associated – CND, Pax Christi and the Movement for the Abolition of War – and is dedicated to his memory.
