We have two rooms that offer three room options as our two rooms open out into one larger space, making it perfect for larger events.

Our facilities are ideal for training sessions, rehearsals, meetings, seminars, presentations, workshops and press launches. Affordable and located in Piccadilly, London's West End.

CONFERENCE ROOM

• Suitable for large scale meetings, presentations and press launches, workshops and rehearsals
  Room dimensions: 10m x 7.5m
  (30ft x 25ft)
  Person capacity:
  Boardroom style: 30; Theatre style: 60
  Available from 9 am - 9 pm
  Hire for One hour only: £75 (full amount to be paid at time of booking)
  For 4 hours or Full day: £70 per hour
• NB Not available for hire on Sundays

MEETING ROOM

• Suitable for smaller meetings, presentations, workshops, press launches, rehearsals and castings
• Room dimensions: 7.5x5m (26ft x 16ft)
  Person capacity:
  Boardroom style 16; Theatre style 40
  Available from 9 am - 9 pm
  Hire for one hour only: £65 per hour (full amount to be paid at time of booking)
  For 4 hours or full day: £60 per hour
• NB Not available for hire on Sundays

COMBINED

• For larger events requiring lots of space, for meetings, AGMs, presentations, press launches, workshops and rehearsals. Please note, easy sliding doors allow for events to be run dynamically, with an easy transition from room separation, to a full space
• Available from 9 am - 9 pm
  Hire for one hour only: £140 per hour (full amount to be paid at time of booking)
  For 4 hours or full day: £130 per hour

KITCHEN

• The kitchen may be hired as a preparation area for the serving of cold or reheated food. It may not be used for preparation of food from ‘scratch’ unless the appropriate food certificate is held by the person concerned
• £100 for the hire period

Remember to allow time for setting up and clearing away within the booked hour(s)

Rooms are not available for hire on Sundays

Additional facilities
A a video projector may be hired for £25.  If needed we can provide a laptop at an additional £25.  Both subject to availability: please ask about this at the time of booking or contact Tracy Mckeever (contact number above right, or use the email contact form below)
NB We occasionally have issues connecting a Mac laptop and the projector, we do have a VGA cable and an HDMI adapter but we advise you check compatibility in advance

Without any additional charge we can provide WiFi, a good quality piano and a hot water urn for tea and coffee.
