- On Sunday mornings, the gates open at 10.15am and the building opens at 10.30am. Please arrive well before 11.00am. We need extra time to confirm your details for track-and-trace and get you safely into a socially-distanced pew. If you arrive after 11.00am, or you have not booked in advance, you may not be admitted to the building.
- Please BRING A FACE-COVERING and a service sheet with you (either on your phone or printed out, from the website above)
- Singing is not permitted but we shall hum quietly!
- Children are very welcome and our protective measures are suitable for people of all ages (the latest medical research finds that children under 18 make up only around 2% of total Covid-19 cases worldwide and that it is unlikely that children without Covid-19 symptoms can transmit the virus).
- We are not allowed to share microphones, which means all notices will be made by the celebrant. Please submit any notices by Friday at 5.00pm to our Associate Rector John
- Please remember that from 6 Jan London is in LOCKDOWN, which means that there should be no mixing of households indoors, and no gathering at all after the conclusion of the service.
You will receive an email confirmation. You do not need to print this out.

We have a very limited number of places for people for whom it is really important to attend church in-person and they cannot attend a more local church (public worship is still permitted in the lockdown but Church of England guidance is that people who need to attend church should do so locally). If you are attending St James's in-person, we need you to please book a free ticket in advance and enter your track and trace details. If you don't book in advance you may not be admitted & please remember that a face-covering must be worn throughout the service:
